Market Manager Nuclear Molecular Imaging
The Bruker BioSpin Preclinical Imaging Division, develops, manufactures and markets state of the art PET, SPECT, CT and MRI imaging devices for preclinical nuclear molecular imaging and research. All our instruments and scanner are designed to bring innovative solutions and comprehensive services to our customer. We are looking for an experienced and passionate team player taking the role of the Market Manager – Nuclear Molecular Imaging at Bruker.
The main responsibility of the Market Manager (MM) is to grow the assigned market and customer segments, to support the business through the sales and marketing teams, and to provide input and feedback to the application and product development teams. The MM supports customer collaborations and provides training to customer and the internal sales team. Other responsibilities are:
• Leading the assigned markets to profitability and expansion
• Supporting the business through the sales and marketing teams
• Providing input and feedback to the application and product development teams
• Driving the execution of the sales business plan of NMI
• Daily support of the sales team by configuration and quoting support, product marketing materials and creation of sales strategies based on competitive analysis
• New product launches, field marketing and communication planning
Support the development of new products, applications and solutions, based on user cases, total costs of ownership analysis, profitability analysis, market shares, market evolution, expansion and risks, competition analysis
• Leading the NMI product specialists and the NMI application team
The candidate is passionate about nuclear molecuar imaging, ideally has a PhD and/or a minimum of 3 years of scientific experience in nuclear molecular research with good connections and reputation in this field, as well as application driven and understanding of nuclear molecular imaging research.
He/she has excellent communication and presentation skills and has already acquired experience in the creation and implementation of marketing materials and communication strategies. He/she is familiar with SalesForce.com, SAP, and Office.
As a team player, he/she strives for success. In addition, the candidate speaks fluent English.
The candidate works responsibly, has a constructive attitude, and is able to communicate with both scientists and customers about applications and instrumentations.
The ability for up to 50% worldwide travelling is essential.
The position is based in Ettlingen, near Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg (Germany).
